For the busy individual who values their time, this program provides annual physicals to assess health status, includes visits to your home or your office and will help coordinate comprehensive care from a crisis life-threatening condition (i.e. heart attack, stroke, cancer) to aggressive stabilization of chronic medical conditions (uncontrolled blood pressure or diabetes) to planning vacations to exotic locations (being immunized with vaccines to prevent illness).
